Trinitas Children's Therapy Services has been providing educationally relevant occupational and physical therapy services for children in public and private schools for decades. 2002 marked the opening of our Cranford Therapy Center, which focused on providing medically-based occupational, physical and speech-language therapy services. Over the course of nine years, expansion of services and opportunities for children and their families resulted in growth beyond the capacity of the Cranford facility. In April 2011, TCTS moved from Cranford to our Springfield facility, increasing our ability to provide a variety of programs and services for families. Our experienced therapists work with children of all ages, medical diagnoses and school classifications. Therapy programs are goal-directed and individualized for each child with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and collaboration.

Trinitas Children's Therapy Services has a long history of providing the highest quality of therapy to the pediatric population. Our experienced staff is registered and licensed by the State of New Jersey and many of the therapists have additional training in specialty area such as sensory integration, listening programs, pediatric certifications, the Interactive Metronome™ and PROMPT© Techniques to name a few. Therapy Center services include evaluations, direct intervention, consulting services, and fun therapeutic after school and summer programs. Trinitas Children's Therapy Services provides a wide variety of specialized assessments and treatment techniques. Programs are individualized for each child.

Trinitas Children's Therapy Services acts as a resource for schools in many ways. Our licensed and certified occupational, physical and speech therapists provide evaluations, consultations and direct services for children requiring related services under IDEA and for children who have 504 plans. Our staff works with teachers, child study team personnel, school administrators and parents to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized education plans for each student.
Additionally, our therapists collaborate with educators and school administrators on strategies to successfully implement educational legislation such as the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Collaborative Early Intervening Services (CEIS), Response to Intervention (RtI), Universal Design for Living (UDL), and Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS).
