Kevin has utilized his knowledge and experience to assist the community. He has presented to parents and families, educators, directors, and administrators of school districts and private schools, and the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) on topics such as early intervention, fine motor and handwriting development, sensory diets, and sensory integration development and strategies. Further, Kevin has organized and implemented several successful pediatric programs such as One-Step-at-a-Time Karate, Kinect Kids, Gross Motor Circus, Scribbles to Script, Typing Whizkids, MyTrinitas Age-Specific Movement Classes, Therapeutic Yoga, Learn to Ride bike riding lessons, and programs for teaching bowling, T-Ball, and Sports Readiness. One program that Kevin is most proud of is Camp Trinitas, a summer enrichment camp for children with sensory, motor, and behavioral needs. One of Kevin's many passions is teaching and consulting. He has used this passion over his career while serving on the faculty for the Early Education Department at Montclair State University and the Occupational Therapy Departments of Kean University and Seton Hall University. Additionally, Kevin acted as the lead pediatric consultant for the Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program at Raritan Valley Community College, designing the curriculum, syllabi, and coursework for their five pediatric courses.

Kevin believes that he and the amazing therapy center staff have cultivated an environment where families feel comfortable and kids can be kids. He looks forward to helping the practice continue to grow and be successful.

In 2018, Kevin is managing Trinitas moving away from a fee-for-service model, to third party reimbursement. Trinitas will begin this transformation with Horizon, and will then move to additional insurance companies.
